Did you ever have one of those days when you just weren’t sure what you were in the mood for? This bento was one of those days. I finally decided on a strange combination…pumpernickel bread with cheddar, bacon and egg tamagoyaki, cherries and yellow kiwi, and a waldorf salad.
I didn’t have celery so the waldorf salad was a little different than usual. I used pears, apples, walnuts, a little sushi vinegar, and mayonnaise. It always seems to me when I’m packing them that these little containers are small, but they actually hold a little too much for me when they’re full like this. Next time I’ll have to remember to not be so greedy!
