beef noodle salad bento

Last night we made a steamboat for dinner.  It was a nice break to let everyone do their own cooking for a change!  There was quite a lot of leftover marinated beef, and some vegetables and noodles, so this lunch was extra quick to put together.
A quick stir-fry of the beef and the noodles, a splash of soy sauce, a dab of gochujang, and that was it!  I kind of mixed it through as I was eating.  I have to say, it was YUM.  My favourite bit was the green soybeans…they have such an earthy filling taste.

Here it’s still summer but maybe not too much longer?  I want to get a new vacuum thermos and have stew for lunch but this may be a bit premature!
